Production time typically ranges from 5 to 45 business days depending on the product, quantity, and customization method.

Do you ship nationwide in the Philippines?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across the Philippines. We also accommodate international corporate shipping upon request.

Can you split deliveries to multiple addresses?
Yes. For enterprise clients and nationwide campaigns, we can ship to multiple locations. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Do you accept rush orders?
Rush production is available depending on stock availability and customization requirements. Contact us early to confirm timelines.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, online bank payments, and corporate check payments. Official receipts are provided for all transactions.

Is a down payment required?
Yes. We require a 70% down payment to begin production. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery.
