We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.

Payment and Pricing

Prices listed on the Site or in quotations:

• Are subject to change without notice
• Do not include applicable taxes or delivery fees unless stated
• Must be paid in full or according to payment terms specified in the quotation or invoice

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. You agree to comply with their terms where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Custom Wise is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is turned over to the courier service.

Custom Products and Artwork Approval

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom merchandise:

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving digital mockups before production
• Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to material and production constraints
• Errors in approved artwork are not eligible for refunds

Returns and Refunds

Because items are customized to your specifications, returns and refunds are limited. Claims for defective products must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds or replacements for valid defects are at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Site and purchase of products is at your own risk. The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed under Philippine law.

Custom Wise disclaims all warranties including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Philippine law:

• Custom Wise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Custom Wise’s total liability for any claim related to the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Customwise and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Mandaluyong, Philippines.
